An Introduction to PVC Pipes and Their Application

01 PVC drainage pipes.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin is the main raw material, adding stabilisers, lubricants, fillers, colour enhancers, etc. from plastic extrusion machines, extrusion moulding and injection moulding machines, mainly used in construction and drainage.

02 PVC water supply pipe.

Used for,

1. indoor water supply and medium water system in civil and industrial structures;

2. buried water supply system in residential communities and industries;

3. urban water supply pipeline system. 4. water treatment pipeline system in water treatment plants;

5. seawater aquaculture industry;

6. garden irrigation, well-drilling, and other industrial pipes.

03 PVC line pipe.

It’s commonly referred to as a rigid PVC hose since it’s corrosion-proof, leak-proof, and may be used to thread wires. It’s used in everyday indoor circumstances as well as high-temperature, dusty, vibration, and fire-hazardous environments. It is also suitable for usage in humid environments. Not for use in areas with high humidity, acid, alkali, salt corrosiveness, or explosive hazards. The recommended operating temperature range is -15 °C to +40 °C.

04 PVC power pipe.

It has high strength, good flexibility, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, strong insulating performance, no pollution, not easily corroded, light weight, and easy construction, among other characteristics. It is an excellent substitute for standard power cable covering pipes. They’re common in urban power grid construction and transformation, urban municipal transformation, civil aviation airport engineering construction, engineering parks, and community engineering construction, traffic, road and bridge engineering construction, and street light cable laying, as well as directing and protecting.
