1. The whole extruder gearbox looks stylish and generous and can be positioned vertically or horizontally to meet your needs.
2. Gear parameters and box structure can be adapted to various Chinese and Indian extruders. You can choose an alternative model based on the gearbox’s parameters. These gears are made of low carbon alloy steel, carburized, quenched, and ground. The teeth are grade 6, and the surface hardness is 54-62 HRC. It runs smoothly, is low-noise, and has high transmission efficiency.

4. The output shaft support structure is unique, and it extends the bearings’ useful life greatly.
