1. Cast aluminum heater band, or ceramic barrel heater band. A far infrared heater is also available
2. Stork offers aluminum heater bands for conical twin screw barrels.
3. Aluminum heater bands should be customized from the original barrel for the single screw extruder.
4. For parallel screw barrels, the heater band should be customized.
