1. We offer a special extrusion screw barrel for flexible PVC film blown moulding directly into film using PVC powder. Screws with a high L/D ratio are best suited for plasticisation and high output. We can also supply screws and barrels for blowing film from PVC pellets.
2. Flexible PVC film screw use the oil-free closed temperature system. It is possible to precisely control the blown film extrusion screw for PVC powder materials, and high temperatures won’t affect the feed in any way. Improved screw grooves in the screw extruding section to provide better plasticisation requirements and appropriate melt pressure to improve PVC film toughness.
3. It is possible to design an optimised screw to suit different formulations of blown flexible OVC film products. By using an optimised screw process, you will get PVC films that are very durable, bright, and feel smooth to the touch.
4. This screw barrel is made from high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA that has been tempered, precision machined and nitride for superior hardness and corrosion resistance. All PVC film blown extrusion screw barrels are machined by high-precision CNC screw barrel milling machines, which provides a consistent level of extrusion performance for each screw barrel set.
5. Our anti-wear solutions are suitable for PVC film blown extrusion screw barrel that process recycled material as well as high efficiency, high speed film blowers. We use bimetallic alloy overlay welding and chrome plating technology to improve the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of the screw. There will be a longer service life and a lower price.
