1. Screw types: conventional screw, barrier screw, Maddock screw， mixing head (the pineapple), new combination screw, progressive screw with good mixing effect. Barrel type: smooth bore barrel, groove feeding bore barrel (high efficiency type)

2. The blown film screw is made of high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, which is tempered, precision machined and nitrided to provide outstanding corrosion resistance and hardness.

3. Blown film Screws used in blown film machines have a diameter ranging from 45mm to 120mm, with an L/D ratio ranging from 25 to 30mm. The screw provides effective blow film extruding and plasticizing capabilities, and the film is evenly heated. The blown film is bright, uniform, and reliable due to automatic temperature control.
