1. Single screw types: conventional screw, barrier screw, Maddock screw， mixing head (the pineapple), new combination single screw, optimised mutation screw. Barrel type: smooth bore barrel, groove feeding bore barrel (high speed type)

2. The screw is made from high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA that provides superior corrosion resistance and hardness. The screw is tempered, precision machined, and nitrided for added durability.

3. The diameter of screws used in PP film extrusion machines ranges from 45 mm to 120 mm, and the L/D ratio ranges from 25 mm to 28 mm. The screw provides effective film extrusion and plasticization capabilities, and the film is heated evenly. The temperature is automatically controlled during plastic film production, ensuring that the film is bright, uniform, and reliable.

4. Specially designed screws are equipped with forced feeding grooved bore barrels, which feature a reasonable structure, stable performance, high output, reduced energy consumption, and clear layering. It is ideal for the production of high strength, aging resistant, drip-free, translucent, heat preservation and other multifunctional films.

5. Plastic film or PP film extrusion machine screws and barrels are machined by CNC screw milling machines. This maintains the high extrusion performance of each screw barrel set.

6. We provide anti-wear solutions for plastic film extrusion screw barrels and high-speed and high-efficiency film extrusion machines. By using our bimetallic alloy overlay welding process and chrome plating technology, we improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of the wear-flight parts of the screw, resulting in longer service life and lower cost.
