1. Screw barrels are made with high quality 38CrMoAlA, which is subjected to a rigorous tempering, nitriding, and machining process. The screw barrels can also be treated with an upgraded bimetallic alloy screw barrel treatment for a longer service life.

2. The screw diameters and L/D ratios are available in D50/30, D65/30, 75/30, 90/30, 105/30, 150/30, etc.

3. PP staple and filament fibre extrusion screw barrels are single screw barrels. Screw designs include the conventional feed screw design (a traditional three-stage screw) as well as new combined screw designs with a barrier screw, Maddock screw and screw mixing element. The barrels can be supplied with a normal smooth bore barrel or with an upgraded grooved feed bore barrel. PP staple and filament fibre production will be able to achieve a better feeding and plasticizing effect.
