1. Using high quality 38CrMoAlA material, the single screw barrel base is tempered and nitrided before machining. We also offer an upgraded bimetallic alloy treatment for the screw barrel, which is great for processing PET bottle chips.
2. Single screw barrels have been optimized for specific applications. The screw length to diameter ratio is generally 28. The screw structure has a multi-stage mixing and conveying section, a pre-moulding section, and an extrusion section. The plasticising section consists of a multi-stage mixing and conveying section.
